For some 3 years i have been phoning bt explaining my slow speeds on occasion down to .9 meg at times on an 8meg line. I decided to leave bt due to poor customer service and the indian tech team who where crap. I found out just before i left bt that my gaming ports were closed to protect me from being hacked ffs even though they knew i gamed a bit.
