Plusnets Joanne Pilson - Your a star !!

I think in this day and age when we are very quick to criticise when all dosent go to plan, it is only fair that great customer service should be acknowledged.So my shout goes out for Joanne Pilson of Plusnets Customer Service Team. I actually published my grouch on these forums only for Joanne to pick up the forum post and contact me direct on my landline. She spent considerable time giving me detailed advice, which culminated in her speaking with BT and not only solving my initial problem but actually providing me with the best broadband speed and service I have ever experienced. Iam sitting here chuffed to bits at my laptop enjoying lightening speeds I never thought possible. So once again a big thank you to Joanne and PLUSNET. This is one new customer who is very happy they made the change to a new landline and ISP. Thanks again

Do you get bonuses based on feedback from the forums. I hope you do.
I'll second JoJo's praise and helpfullness and that of all the other forum team members.
I don't ever remember reading a team post saying anything other than I'll look into that for you or, I'll see what I can do etc.
Give them all a bonus.
