been with PN for a while now and thought the service had been realy good until recently,
raised a fault on 13/03
first response from PN 17/03 line tested and engineer call booked for 19/03
further tests 22/03 and instruction to openworld to do more work, told t restart router 4 hours later,
test results updates 24/03
fed back that line still very poor about 50% of speed used to have on 31/03 and since then absolutly nothing.
great service guys reminds me of the awful talktalk, pull your finger out !!!!!!!!

No problem, I'm sorry too to hear about the time it took to get this done but I'm glad it's now sorted. I'll let Matt know.
