Hi All, this is my first post. Just wanted to say thanks to plusnet for the ease of service so far. Having been with BT for the past 2 years and paying for a service that I have not been receiving due to their faulty equipment I have become used to being given the run around and passed from pillar to post every time I have complained about the lack of service. So for me it was refreshing to talk to someone local that gave me understandable information without baffling me with various different services that I don't need. The pricing was clear, the information given was clear and it was a wonderfully simple process to sign up. Well Done Plusnet
