BE are good but they have been sort of useless lately in my experience
they can't migrate from o2 LLU to BE LLU
you need to...wait for it
Cancel you're o2 service then do a return to donor to BT or post office then you can try and get BE broadband lol what carry on.

Am I missing the irony? I jumped ship from PN to O2 (and have been very happy). If I do a speed test, my ISP shows as Be, not O2.

Yes o2 uses the BE network
so they "should" be able to switch you from o2 to BE easily.
Sort of like switching from Tiscali to talktalk for example.

I got a letter from Plusnet yesterday, the first one ever from PN marketing offering me a years free broadband when I take out the home phone service (1st 5000 signups)................errrrm I moved to plusnet about 8 or 9 months ago, phone and broadband can I have the free broadband from now please, or are you going to make me leave and come back in the space of 5 minutes

Hmmm, I just signed up for home phone - got activated today... does this count for 1 year free BB?
Could not sign up through the Portal due to web page 'errors' so got it done by ticket... no one mentioned free BB.

I've been with Pn for years and am seriously thinking about taking the phone package. Phone the on Wed to check out the deals, if I do move would I be eligible for the free years BB or is it only for NEW customers only.
