I'd like to say a big thank you to Plus net Tech help ~ I rang & spoke to Matthew on Wednesday morning, a new router was sent which arrived yesterday afternoon! so i was back on line in record time ~ amazing service particularly in comparison with my long, long trials with Virgin my EX isp ~ Thanks Matthew & Plusnet

Ah I see your not a new customer, glad to see that you're still happy. I've made sure that Matthew and the tech team get some well deserved recognition.
