This ticket was raised at 15.22pm Friday is still open at 15.00 pm Sunday, so that's almost 48 Hours.<BR />I recall that at one time in the distant past Tickets were responded to within 6 hours or less.<BR />If PN fail to reply within 7 days will it be automatically closed ?
