To all, my previous note about 10mb useage, I realise it should have been GB, anyhow since then I have got a deal from PLusnet
of 60 GB per month and maintaining the 'phone service to to same level for less money, how does that sound?. Jim Barr.

sounds good, but unfair when I think that 10 months of problems with nothing out of Plusnet and still awaiting refunds on postal charges and account cock ups!

I don't know if you keep your PMs Tim, you might want to check as Tara queried this a few weeks back and I've confirmed that the refunds were done.

Baby brain, I've just re-asked, and she said, "don't know", "possibly" It was my understanding we were still waiting Can tick off the refund bit then
