How much longer to wait for my MAC??

As the title says.
Ticket # 39330077. Spoke to PN Friday morning and still waiting. There's nothing on my account. I don't have any hardware. I am on monthly contract so no issues there. Why is is taking so long? I am well aware ISP's have 5 days but this is ridiculous service.

If your aware that Its 5 days then you should already know to give plusnet till Friday this week.

There is no technical reason whatsoever why Plusnet could not give you your MAC earlier than 5 days. They spin it out to the maximum OFCOM allow in the hope that in the meantime you might change your mind.

Clearly there's a back-log of MAC requests at the moment!!! It did take nearly 10 minutes to get though to someone in retentions when I called so that kinda' says something.
Like I said, there's nothing on my account stopping PN from issuing a MAC now. If mobile phone companies can issue PAC's in under 30 minutes, there no reason why ISP's can't do the same.

After speaking to O2 to get a PAC, I'd received a text in under 20 minutes from them.

Well I just phoned retention's again today and I was given my MAC over the phone there and then.
