Using My Account on the Madasafish website I sent a query regarding an invoice cock up by MAAF staff/systems at 5.14pm this afternoon using their ticket system and got a reply back at 5.50pm, well I almost fell of the chair ....... twice
Well done that man.(I suppose I'd better not name him as the Mods will erase his name from the post)
Before I get too excited the query still has to be resolved to my satisfaction
Here's hoping!
