no dialing tone and internet keeps going off

hi guys has any1 else had this problem for the last two day the internet keeps looseing its connection and im also unable to connect my laptop via wireless anymore also my phone line has no dialing tone so ppl cant ring me and i cant ring out really anoying when your waiting for important phone calls i have emailed plusnet twice now and still had no reply grrrrrrrr i have had nothing but hassle with this company sice joining about 6 months ago

who runs your Phone?
report the fault to them and dont mention broadband

Plusnet do not have any email addresses for receiving fault reports, you can only report problems by ringing them or raising a ticket via the help assistant on the portal: https://portal.plus.net/wizard/index.html
If you did email that will be why you have had no response.

Ah, that's OK - we have had people in the past sending emails to the email address that sends out the billing notifications - even though it's clear that you should not!
Is your phone with Plusnet or do you pay someone else for the phone rental?

Don't add anything more to the ticket - some of the ticket queues have a problem whereby adding something pushes the ticket to the back of the queue.
Posting the ticket number here to asked when it will be looked at sometimes helps.

ill wait till tomorrow to see if i have a reply back then im gunna have to do something about it cus i work from home via internet and phone and up to now i would of lost 3 days money wouldnt mind so much if the internet would stay on but it breaks every 6 minuts thanks for your reply
