why has the talk evenings and weekends changed - its supposed to be after 6pm not 7pm?!!!!!

that is no good to me and i wasn't notified of the change - i call my mum regularly in Spain at 6pm now i can't!! very very p*ssed off customer
- will start to look around for another supplier!

my mum has to work and thats not the point plusnet should have notified all users if the terms changed - i shall be reporting this to oftel!

Cant speak on behalf of plusnet but I'm pretty sure they have made the changes clear either via E-Mail or right here on the site.

You had an e-mail on the 2nd of December telling you about the changes from 4th Jan

If you want cheap calls to Spain, Plusnet's new tariff gives you a 25% discount with Anytime. Otherwise, you may want to look at something like this: http://www.telediscount.co.uk/accessnumbers.php (1p/min to Spanish landlines).

If its critical , then Primus & the Post Office still use 6pm
Both use BT's system (WRL).

Inclusive International Minutes have been withdrawn from the Eve & Weekend tariff from 4 Jan anyway.

to the plusnet person who just replied i've had the same email address for the last 10 years and its correct on my account details!
i DEF DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL STATING THIS! AND I DO NOT EXPECT TO HAVE TO LOOK IT UP ON THE FORUMS OR ON THE WEBSITE!!!

There are other options for free calls.
What about skype? On 3 network, you can make calls from your phone for free. No being tied to the computer.
Or pay the extra £5 for 3000 minutes. works out at 6p a minute.

Alison - the Sky deals might seem good but you've got to have the television packages too so could work out more expensive, particularly if you don't watch TV so much. Also, only the 2GB allowance broadband is 'free' so you have to pay if you want more.
I can see why you are annoyed and might not want advice (sorry in advance if this is the case) but sometimes it is best to let the dust settle a bit before making hasty decisions.
