Customer service stats not working

Just telephoned in on behalf of a friend of mine (referral) as the call stats showed nobody waiting. However, message on the telephone said that they were busy. Are the stats not working?

They're working fine at the moment - I suspect the message will have been on from earlier in the day, sorry about that. We'll make sure those are removed promptly when needed.

I am glad to see that they are now working but there was no message yesterday. It is just that the page was set at no customers waiting.

Oh dear - mixed up again.
Sorry - did not mean that. It was just that the customer service stats was set at zero. When I called in I waited for about 10 minutes and realised that there was a long queue so I hung up.
Anyway, it's all fixed now and I just posted because I did not know if it had been picked up.

We've been doing some internal moving of server recently within this building, and there's a chance that might have had an impact.
