I was off line for nearly a week. What is the point of a free phone number when I couldn't access my Emails. It would have been a good idea to give me the number when I phoned. Finding a phone number to ring is a mystery thank goodness for intelligent family member who sorted it out. Everybody is encouraging silver surfers but my goodness they don't make it easy.

Absolutely no point at all, I'm going to give some feedback to the agent you raised the fault with as they should have given you this information on the call. Apologies if this caused you any hassle.
