I have an outstanding fault with plusnet and going on for weeks. The support seems to non-existent and incapable of sorting the problems. There is no email for james Bailey (complaints manager) to complain about the problem I am having. Plusnet seems to avoid publishing email addresses for important things. The service is terrible and am switching soon to fibre. I will not touch this isp again. Kamal

Hi Kamal,
We don't publish staff e-mail addresses but you can always get in touch with us on here, by raising a ticket or calling our support centre.
I will alert James but we would need more details about the nature of your complaint, I am happy to assist you in this matter, as you may see from other posts I am helping a number of people to resolve long stading faults. I also seem to remember that we have spoken at some point in the past.

Quote

The service is terrible and am switching soon to fibre

FYI BT's fibre network should be available in your area from march next year and we are accepting triallists, please visit here if you're interested: http://portal.plus.net/wizard/?wizard_id=20
