    <description>Is it normal to Strangled the internet speed so they can hardly use your services , just because there leaving to go to another ISP ??????&lt;BR /&gt;when i as with you the line speed was that bad it was not fit for purpose / that's why i left!!!!!!</description>

      <description>Hi Ki, &lt;BR /&gt;Not at all, we would want to try and do all we can to retain the custom of someone leaving, slowing their connection down would not help that sittuation. &lt;BR /&gt;I know you left due to issues with your service but help was on offer, I can understand from your point of view that it may have been easier to move to another ISP rather than allow us to resolve that issue. &lt;BR /&gt;Adam</description>
