Looks like an issue with call reporting. I've flagged to CSC shift manager to get an internal problem raised.

Thanks for flagging this, we had an issue with our telephone systems last night (63609) which generates those statistics. I can see that the problem's still there so I'll make sure that our Networks Team / IT Support take a look as soon as possible.
