I know the members centre has never been fast but 25 seconds to load the front page then ages to navigate anywhere within the member centre, The PlusNet website and Members Centre is really a disgrace for an ISP and it been like it for years only getting slower.

Do you have any other feedback for us apart from it being slow? tell us what you don't like about it.

Hi Adam,
The web site and members centre is the face of PlusNet the internet public see. If it's slow that's the impression the public will think about PlusNet on a whole.
