Thinking of joining Plusnet (Think again)

Hi i really did not want to have to do this but you leave me no choice
I have been with them just over 3 mounths i got to say that they have been trying to resovle the constant connection drop
On my line Great !!! I hear you say .... But they still taking the money every mounth from my acount , But i can not use Skype ,
Youtube , or whatch any stream without it been dropped after a short time ..... This is why i bought my broadband package for and even upgraded
to get a better allowance and service ..My line should take 5.5 i get kno were near that 3 . 6 if im lucky and im only half a mile away from the servers.
I have had to buy at my own expense a BT iplate spend countles hours reformating my laptop , emails and phone calls and tweaking settings at my end
trying to figure out what the F££%k is going on well im not doing this anymore !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I WANT TO LEAVE TO BE ABLE TO GO ELSE WERE PLEASE AND AT NO EXPENSE TO MY SELF....
Or you will leave me no choice as to cancle the direct payment as from tomorrow ...... Im in my rights to do so as im not and have not recieved the service
i signed up for and if you want to take me to court ill see you there kind regards KI

I'm sorry your experience has not been a good one. I notice you have a fault open which, although it is taking a wile to resolve does indicate that the solution is not straightforward. I would advise that you wait to see if we can resolve this, and it would be a shame to cancel if we were close to that resolution; but if you do decide you want to cancel then you can either call our customer options team on 0845 140 6002 mon-fri 9-5.30 or in writing, including your details to:

As Ki's got no phone, I assume he'll be writing to Sheffield to cancel. Or did his post on this forum do th trick?
If he wants a MAC I suppose he'll have to write?

Got the wrong end of the stick - I see he did cancel by phone, thought he meant his phone was cancelled.
Hope you don't me talking about you instead of to you Ki, and also assuming that you're a he rather than a she.
