I know it's not a hot topic, but can someone tell me how to download a profile pic please?
I browsed for the pic, and the address was in the box but nothing comes up. The pic is not downloaded.
Only a bit of fun, but hey ho.

Hmm, I just tried it and it worked OK !
Did you press the <Change profile> button on the lower right corner of your Profile page, after you browsed to the required picture ?

what made me ask was that when I wrote my post your picture was blank, then after I posted the old penguin was there - strange

There is something odd going on.
Each time I have changed my picture (five times in testing this thread), my picture has appeared correctly as soon as I changed it, and has been present on the Forum pages all the time I have been browsing and editing - but appeared blank to you !
BUT interestingly 'pierre_pierre' your picture is currently showing nothing at all !
I also notice that the OP 'rogadodge' still has a empty picture - but not a blank space.

is mine OK now, it didnt seem to like a JPG, had to convert it to Gif

it used to be on the page where you add the Pic, I had trouble with a JPG last night, converted it to a gif, same size no trouble

but that info used to be on the modify page, and my current one was a lot bigger than that, the software shrunk it

We were discussing the size at which it wouldn't load not the forum rules which are a separate matter

Giving me a complex...Apparantly size does matter. ( gonna have a word with my wife now).

rogadodge my image size is 96 pixels wide and 78 pixels high
its saved as jpg and its filesize is 4.00 kb
