Plus Reliability, Speed, Customer Care, Communication and Price.

After two months my connection has settled down.
Typically I am now getting an uncapped Upload of 1Mbps and a Download of 8Mbps.
That's double the speed I had at Sky at half the price.
There were a few niggles when I first moved to PlusNet but I'm glad I had the
patience for them to get it right. Now I'm delighted I made the right choice.
I am sorry to read all the problems others have had but to get some balance here,
I just wanted to say:

Ive had a few niggles with plusnet, but been with them a few years and have to say I have most of the time I am happy , hence why im still with em, despite cheaper alternatives being available.
