I assuming that you are porting your current telephone number across to TT. So after the jumpering has been completed in the exchange you will be able to make calls but not receive them as they still be routed to BT's system. A cease is then applied which will change the incoming call routing to TT equipment.</description>

      <description>managed to get through to plusnet on the phone so no cessation charge as they are aware that im moving, And I will pay my bill as normal on the 7th then any money they are due me i will recieve back on my credit card unless im due them any money.</description>
