    <description>Hi Ritz, &lt;BR /&gt;Nice idea, assuming you are referring to Talk Evenings and Weekend hours then there are no exceptions to the Monday to Friday 6:00PM to 6:00AM rule. I'm sure extending this to include bank holidays could be a good selling point as I'm pretty sure that other telcos don't do this too.&lt;BR /&gt;I'll go ahead and raise this with our consumer team now.</description>

      <description>looks like plusnet charges for phone calls made on a bank holiday. i believe all phone providers charge (possibly bt do too), but it would be a marketing advantage if plusnet offered bank holidays as inclusive minutes, like weekends. &lt;BR /&gt;it would definitely help me and others build more confidence in our isp!&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>BT used to do this &lt;U&gt;&lt;B&gt;many &lt;/B&gt;&lt;/U&gt;years ago.       <description>They certainly did, though I was never directly involved&amp;nbsp; - but ISTR it&amp;nbsp; was only at Christmas and New Year (?)&lt;BR /&gt;I could well be wrong - it was a &lt;I&gt;long&lt;/I&gt; time ago.</description>
