    <description>It looks like you had a brief period where your line synced at a very low rate to the exchange, this caused your IP profile to drop down to 350. You're now connected back at your normal speed and your IP profile has increased back to 6500.&lt;BR /&gt;You should find that a speedtest shows the speeds back to normal now.</description>

      <description>Hi, I noticed my connection has gone VERY Sloooooow - when i tested it by downloading from a newsgroup i was getting speeds of around 38kbs - last week i was getting 700kbs. Even BBC I player is unwatchable. Can you check please?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Neil.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I suspect I am being incorrectly capped. My usenet download starts fast and then drops - I have had this happen before!!!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.speedtest.net" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;IMG src="http://www.speedtest.net/result/847232449.png" /&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hopefully they can fix it quickly as I am no where near my limits!</description>
