Switching from TalkTalk to Plusnet

Switch phone & ADSL from TalkTalk to BT & PlusNet. Transfer to BT happened today
I did manage to get a phone line and ADSL service from TalkTalk after 3 weeks, 25 phone calls, 5 emails, 20 posts on their forums and 5 calls backs from their 2nd line support that never happened.
It looks like Plusnet are the same. I was promised a call back today from your provisioning team that didn't happen. Was told they will contact me at 10am tomorrow..... The advisor couldn't tell me why I wasn't called today but did tell me if I don't get a call then I need to call in again!
Not a good start already
Why can't a company actually do what they say they are going to do?

I've had a look at this and the order seems to be progressing normally. I'll make sure you get that call in the morning.

Ok so PlusNet are better than talktalk. I got a call at 9am & another one at 10am!
