Switched over from Premier to Premium early April - big mistake, massive drop in connection speed lucky to hit 1MB and a lot of times speed has been on a par with dial up connection
If you are on Premier stay there, Premium is the lower league!
Plusnet when you were good you were very good but now you are fast approaching the relegation zone, how do I get my MAC Code ?

I made the same change last weekend and everything seems fine to me. My speed numbers are all the same as before.
Plusnet did a nice job with the change over too

its not BBYW Premier, it is the VERY old product. (Pre-BBYW)

All very strange within ten minutes of submitting a ticket my speed is hitting 6MB after two weeks of low speed, as our American cousins would say "go figure"

What speed are you connecting at? And what speed are speedtests currently showing?
