    <description>Christmas at Plusnet involves me taking one for the team &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@13ACAF1B4DB3038AD540E11CDD6AB984/images/emoticons/cheesy.gif" alt="Cheesy" title="Cheesy" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Chritmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.&lt;BR /&gt;There should indeed be a presense on the forums, and in honesty, work volumes are always low, so I will be making an in work time visit to capture anything anyway, though time for responses will be dictated by the number of tickets.</description>
