Well, I migrated from the dreaded Tiscali. It went smooth. Now my speed has dropped to less then 2MB, often 1Mb. I raised a ticket, and got a response, which of course puts the onus on me to fiddle around, if worst comes to worst there is a threat of £140 charge. Gordon Brown promises high speed net for all, for me i would prefer just to take the BS out of what we have first of all. I know I have been shaped down, admit it someone.
I've got better things to do with my life rather than worry about this, I just want a service as contracted. 3Mb would be nice, which I had with Tiscali. Right now I seem to have migrated from one bad apple to an even worse one.
Ian
