Question Handling Statistic Broken

I'm not sure if you're aware, but the The Customer Question handling on the Customer Support Statistics page has been broken for some time: http://portal.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=212
It's been reading "Last updated: April 2, 2010, 9:23 am" for over a week now.

I think the information it is showing is correct and that the average closure time for questions is now 10 days 4 hours 5 minutes and the average closure time for faults is now 16 days 2 hours 19 minutes.
From the postings we are seeing on here about tickets not being looked at I think that seems about right.

Last updated 9 days 8 hours 7 mins ago - add that to the average times shown and you have a pretty accurate picture of the current delays on questions and faults.

Joking aside, the average is certainly not 10 days.
I'm getting someone to look at this right now.
