ive had enough of plusnet, just want a mac code now

ive had a nightmare with plusnet,from the very start,they messed my order up, i waited weeks and weeks for a line and then for broadband, i was promised some discount for my phone and broadband and nothing has materislised,ive now had bills for my phone and broadband that i cant pay because i hadnt saved any money for them because i was assured that i would be recieveing discounts for both,im terminally ill which plusnet know about but they still feel the need to mess me about like this.i now just want a mac code so i can go to sky

Sorry you've had such a rough ride - mine was much easier.
Requesting a MAC is easy enough - what peeved me was that they then said it was on hold until the end of the period within which they said it would take. I got no answer when I queried why they didn't just do it.
.. so, if you want out, ask for it straightaway.

ive rang them today and it says on their answerphone it will take 4 days for a mac code is that what it took to get yours

Ive also had a shocking service 4 days in (a long story). Will be requseting my MAC tomorrow. Im not going to rant about it. I will pay my forty quid and go with Sky LLU. Disgusting!

Yes. Mine took exactly 4 days t attatch to my ticket.

Hi missforster,
I've just tried calling you to discuss this - it looks like the subscription charge was discounted as it should be, however you've got 30GB of usage on a value account which will be what's caused the charge to go through. I'm sorry that that was an unexpected charge.
Is there a good time to give you a ring this afternoon at all?
