    <description>Hi Fedup,&lt;BR /&gt;I've just had a look at the ticket and would suggest setting your DNS servers as a possible fix, either in the network connection on your PC or on your router - please try setting them to the following:&lt;BR /&gt;212.159.6.9&lt;BR /&gt;212.159.6.10&lt;BR /&gt;Or alternatively&lt;BR /&gt;212.159.13.49&lt;BR /&gt;212.159.13.50&lt;BR /&gt;Please let us know if this doesn't make a difference, thanks - if not I'll take a look at the ticket and get this progressed for you.</description>
