Sat, 20 Mar 2010 09:03:32 GMT ckcomputing 2010-03-20T09:03:32Z https://community.plus.net/t5/Plusnet-Feedback/14-Months-Happy-Subscriber-to-Plusnet/m-p/697266#M11984 Good Morning Campers (or should that be Plusnetters!)<BR />As I have now been with Plusnet for over a year, I felt it appropriate to offer some comments.<BR />I have watched with interest on the sidelines the various postings in these forums.<BR />Over the last 20 years, or so, I have been with several ISPs - Globalnet, Freeserve and Demon, to name but three - both for dialup and broadband.<BR />After ten years with Demon, I decided to give Plusnet a try - what a breath of fresh air!<BR />Customer services are polite, courteous and very helpful.<BR />I have had the pleasure(?) of talking to various ISP's customer services on behalf of clients and, believe me, Plusnet far excels the others.<BR />Yes, all ISPs will have problems from time to time (some more than others) but the acid test is how one is treated by CS - full marks to Plusnet here.<BR />I would like to pay tribute especially to Bob, Matt, Chis and Mand - what lovely, helpful people!
