Still waiting

Can anyone help regarding my situation?
I'm still waiting for a response from somebody regarding my broadband. I raised a ticket number 32531093, as yet still waiting a reply
My landline was all conected up on Tues, but it's still showing a potential line prob on the tracking order . Just getting a bit concerned as others are saying that the ticket system is slow. Any ideas anyone??? Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place, but I'm new on here

Hi there,
The problem was simply that the BT systems hadn't yet updated with your new number details.
I've sorted this and resubmitted the order for you now.
