New to PLUSNET

Hi all,
After having problems with another provider (TALKTALK) I applied for a new line and broad band with PN on the 10 Feb. Yesterday the 22 feb openreach came and installed the new line. All Ok.
I am in the RAF so its not as straight forward as a domestic install as other permision from high up is requered. All I'm waiting for now is the router and the "swith on" so i can get on line. So far as a new customer I am more than happy with service received from PN.
Also there are new builds of accomadation going up to accomodate 700 extra personnel with telephone lines installed and connected. Initial connection paid for by the MOD then up to the new occuppent to choose a provider. I will be refering as many people as poss to connect with PLUSNET.
So as said just waiting for the broadband then I'll be even happier.

hope you end up getting paid by PN and not you paying the

Just a quicky to say that the router was delivered today and I had a text to let me know i should be on line from 3rd March.
The communication back to the customer is very good as you can track your order on line aswell.

Last night I tried connecting the router and got online instantly!
I received a text this lunch time to say my braodband order, connection etc. was ready to go.
Now I can practice more at getting killed on Call of Duty.
Thanks for a great service.
Order placed for new line with broadband on the 10/02/10 all connected ready to surf and phone on the 02/03/10
