Still on reliable 2mbit Fixed speed, which has proven more stable than MaxADSL for me, so as a gamer that is more important than having doubled speed I don't use or need. When on Max I had regular nightly disconnections down to it being unsuitable for my line and or exchange.
Can only hope BT/PN don't remove IPstream any time soon, as it is still a lot more reliable. I always have 240kb/s downloads barring traffic shaping and lose connection rarely mostly it's during BT maintenance.

Happy with that, at allegedly 7Kms from exchange (until you can get me FTTC / H! )

What is striking me so far is that do matter what your d/l speed is, the u/l speeds are much the same!

That's because the uplink uses the lower frequency band. and these frequencies propagate along the cable better than the higher bands use for the download.
