Report is as physical damage, and don't mention broadband.</description>

      <description>Have my phone line, rental and broadband with Plusnet.&amp;nbsp; If there is a fault with the line coming into my property who's responsibility is it to repair, BT or Plusnet.&amp;nbsp; Came home from work today and my line pulled off the bungalow wall by a delivery lorry i believe.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Thanks Guys&lt;BR /&gt;Will report fault to Plusnet monday.&amp;nbsp; Working all weekend, 12 hr shifts, so can do without landline / internet for a while.&amp;nbsp; Not sure if the boss will agree though.</description>
