Phone outgoing call not working

Why is the landline phone not working for outgoing call. The bill payed and credit threshold topped-up also.

Can you tell me a bit more about what happens when you try and make a call? Do you hear a message or any error tone?

Thanks for Replying, I phoned the help line and tech support rest something. Phone is now working.
