    <description>&lt;P&gt;To do that, you would have to request PN moved you to a SoGEA connection - assuming you are on FTTC - and wait until they confirmed the move was complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;At that point, you then have 30 days to move the number to a VOIP provider of your choice, and you would retain the static.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can move the NUMBER to any VoIP provider of your choice, but you need to be careful how you do it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;FIRST you need to change your internet service - either to SoGEA or to FTTP.&amp;nbsp; That will release your telephone number for porting to elsewhere.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you just go move the phone number to elsewhere, that will terminate your current broadband service and close the account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Several months ago, I upgraded from "Broadband plus phone" to Plusnet SOGEA. The phone was moved separately, but I can confirm that my static IP did not change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
