Call divert not available on this line

Hi,

I added call divert to my account some time ago and it shows as active under my call features. When I have finally tried to use it I get the message that it’s not available on this line. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Call support - it might need to be removed and reinstated.

I've placed an order to activate call divert on our suppliers systems - could you try again tomorrow?
