Answer Service on other call features.

Good Afternoon,

I have an unlimited fibre plus landline, contract. I thought I had an answer service facility automatically on the landline. It seems I don't. I wonder if someone will kindly explain how to set it up please. I thought it comes free with the package included in the "other call features". I have ticked the box, on my account, to include it. Thanks for reading and any help you give me.

There's an extensive list of call features we currently offer.
