Call Plan not as expected

I have an all times call plan for both Mobile and Landlines - however I was charged full rate for a couple of call recently.

Land Line was 01628 783080 which we thought was a home phone so why?

Mobile was 07842535949 so why charged?

Turns out the the Mobile is registered as a business and so is landline - does this mean that any business registered number is not on call plan?

Were the calls longer than 60 minutes?
