&lt;P&gt;Raised the request for the issue there to be resolved, should be up to a max of 5 working days for this to clear.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also noticed the call features on our end and Openreach end don't match up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you confirm which call features you are expecting to be on your phone line if any at all?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can private message me if you would rather confirm it there, up to you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Call features awaiting activation</title>

      <description>Good evening,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am having some issues with some features that I tried to add to my account about a week ago.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I log into my account it says:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You currently have an order in progress to change call features&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Your call features will be updated the next working day. Please note: if you’ve requested to modify any call features, you cannot add or remove any further features until this is complete&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Below under call features, it says:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Call divert, Voicemail and Call protect - awaiting activation&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am keen to get these set up as soon as possible&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance for your help</description>

&lt;P&gt;A warm welcome to the forums.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I take it that you are not a new customer with Plusnet?&amp;nbsp; New customers do not have phone service options.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are circumstances where BT Openreach fail to notify Plusnet of the activation of some phone features, giving rise to the exact symptom you describe.&amp;nbsp; This requires manual intervention from a member of staff.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can call support or wait for a staff member to pick up your post here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
