Caller ID not working on landline

Hi, I’ve moved from BT to plusnet and ever since my caller display has not worked. I’ve looked on line on plusnet help and tried the suggested actions but no joy. I’ve bought new phones but still not working. Any suggestions?. Ta

Raise a fault report. Either use the phone fault bot (link below) or phone support.

When did you move? I trust you’ve checked that it is enabled in the user portal?

Hi @WendyB08,

I think I've fixed the issue and caller display should start working within 24 hours.

Please could you let me know if not?
