Sometimes BT Openreach’s B2B systems fail to confirm changes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sorting the discrepancy will require a kick from the staff.  You can wait here for them to pick this up … or just call support.</description>

      <title>Call Connect order still in progress?</title>

      <description>Hi.. About three weeks ago I asked to add Call Protect to my home phone, it's still saying the change is in progress? Surely it shouldn't take this long. I would like to enable it to allow me to block numbers that I enter myself, I have a list of spam numbers that have tried to call me, so at the moment I don't answer them when they call again, .. Any suggestions gratefully recieved. Thanks.</description>
