Problem cancelling landline phone plan

I wish to arrange the cancellation of my Landline Call Plan.

My current broadband deal Unlimited Fibre ends on 20th October 2024. I want to get my Call Plan sorted before renewing it.

I attempted to cancel the call plan via your web-site, but was unable to find out how to cancel it.

I received 2 emails stating Voicemail had been removed from my Call Features.

I did not want to remove Voicemail from my Call Features.

When I check Call Features on the web-site it’s currently active.

I phoned up on Friday 4th October to try to get it sorted. I was eventually told that there was some difficulty accessing my account and he would phone me back. He did not.

I would be grateful if you could let me know how I can cancel my landline Call Plan before renewing my broadband deal.

Ring ths Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 and ask them to cancel it.

If you phone Cots then they can also discuss your new contract with you. While you can currently renew with your landline you will lose this service by the end of 2025.
