Landline not Working, Broadband OK

Not had a working landline since Friday 26th, but broadband is fine. Tried plugging just the phone into the master socket, but nothing there either.

Reported the fault via text to the Plusnet diagnostic bot which initially said it couldn't find any problem with my line, but then said it would do further tests & get back to me within 15mins.

That was at 9.33 this morning & it's now almost 15.33 with no further contact, so what do I have to do now ?
