      <description>Hi, present land line analogue phone cream crackers. Got a BT advanced Digital phone but PN Hub does not support VoIP. Can I just subscribe to a VoIP provider and continue with PN contract ie Broadband and phone line.</description>

&lt;P&gt;It’s not quite that simple. What you have to do is contact Plusnet and sign up for the same Internet service but without a phone line, known a SOGEA, you will probably have to take out a new contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once this transfer is complete &amp;nbsp;you have 30 days to transfer your &amp;nbsp;phone number to a VoIP provider or the number is lost.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you just transfer to VoIP without going through this sequence it will trigger the cancellation of your Plusnet service and if you use IMAP, the deletion of all emails.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
