hello i have just changed to Fibre deal for my broadband and have kept my home phone line as its easier for my mum. Can I phone other plusnet customers for free and them phone me for free on landlines, otherwise the phone charges are very high so i would have to use a mobile .

Can't help with phone charges.

If you wish to keep a landline then you'll need to move to a VOIP provider by 31st December 2025 at the latest. This is when OR are teminating Line Rental Contracts with ISP's. Note PN could pull the plug earlier on it's phone services.

I'm surprised you were allowed to change products will keeping your phone line.

I was thinking the same to be honest @bmc ! if you have kept the phone then Plusnet to Plusnet calls are free but don't go over the 60 minute mark
