The dreaded Line Cord Error.......

My cousin has the dreaded Line Cord Error.

When she tries to phone out ,all she gets is Line Cord Error.

No outgoing calls, or incoming calls.

Her broadband is off too.

She has had this before,and it turned out to be a fault on the line on the pole just outside her house.

Can one of the admin look into this please.

Report a phone problem using the textbot https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/ ,it'll do line tests and if necessary request an engineer appt.

We'll that was quick.

Cousin got home last night and found she was back on line and her phone worked as normal.
