No dial tone

I've used the check phone line service and plus net say no issues with my line, however the phone itself was saying to check the line. When I pick the phone up there's no dial tone, and if I try to call my land-line from my mobile, the mobile simply hangs up, it doesn't ring or give an engaged tone.
Any advice would be great, thanks

Try removing and re-inserting the phone line into your master socket.

Thanks for the Advice, John.
I've tried that, and I've gone on to try replacing the cable, and then trying an old spare landline phone and base unit with it, nothing has had any impact, good or bad.

I would ring PN, and get them to send an engineer - there is something wrong with your phone circuit if all those steps have not resolved the problem.

Hi @map1984

I can see we've got an engineer visit booked in for Thursday. I hope it all gets sorted there and then and do shout up if you need any help in the meantime.
